Founded in 2009, Blue Rock Networks began as a relatively traditional Managed Service Provider, with a focus on providing exceptional onsite support services to organizations based in the SF Bay Area, primarily within the SMB space. Over time, Blue Rock has evolved into an organization fully capable of providing multi-tiered support services to businesses around the country, and has moved solidly into hosted network and disaster recovery solutions served from one of the world's most prestigious Data Center organizations.
At the core of the business is a Service Concept we refer to as TCP, which stands for Trust, Competence, and Pro-Activity. In the networking world, TCP is defined as "a communication protocol which allows two hosts to establish a connection and exchange streams of data. TCP also guarantees the delivery of those packets". Blue Rock has taken this simple networking concept, and developed it into a business service model.. Partnerships based on Trust, inspired by Competence, and fueled by Pro-Activity. This is a concept we take very seriously, and one which we believe is one of the primary elements which differentiates Blue Rock from the competition.
